our space is the perfect backdrop for baby showers, business meetings, or any small gathering.

We have a gorgeous, 60 seat restaurant that is open for dinner, 5 nights a week. During the daytime hours and closed days, we have a great space to utilize.

Rent Catbird by the hour; your private, 60-seat South Berwick space for meetings, celebrations, and pop-up events. Bring your own food; we’ll provide everything else to make your gathering seamless and unforgettable.

What’s included

  • Hourly rental: $100 per hour (2.5-hour minimum).

  • Host to greet guests, oversee flow, and handle on-site needs.

  • Setup and full cleanup.

  • Access to flatware, plates, glassware, and water service.

  • Optional bar package add-ons starting at $200.

  • Minimum booking (2.5 hours): $250 rental + optional bar package starting at $200.

  • Add extra hours at $100 each.

How it works

  1. Reserve your time slot.

  2. Tell us your headcount and any bar package interest.

  3. Bring your food and BYO beverages (or choose one of our alcohol packages).

  4. Arrive relaxed. We’ll handle hosting, setup, and cleanup.

  5. Availability: Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM-3PM, Sunday and Monday 9-8PM.
