We’re not new here.

We came up through the kitchens, bars, and backrooms; shoulder to shoulder with the people who make the magic happen. The ones who keep the lights on and the doors open.
Catbird was built for everyone who loves great food and good company, without the fuss. A place that feels a little tucked away, a little special, but never out of reach.
Our food is thoughtful and seasonal, rooted in Maine and shaped by curiosity. The drinks follow suit: balanced, playful, and meant to be shared.
We believe the best things aren’t exclusive. They’re just made with care, and served with heart.
