Who we are
We’re not new here.
But things are different now.
If you know, you know, and if you don’t, you will soon.
The story started nearby. Quietly, with long nights and louder ideas, a partnership in more than one way was formed.
Now we’re back, with sharper knives and no interest in playing by the old rules.
We're here to break the form, not just bread.
Recipes will be rewritten, traditions bent, and expectations ignored entirely.
This isn’t about pleasing everyone. It’s about creating a place that feels exactly right for the right people.
Dinner only. October 16th. South Berwick, ME.
Catbird Code of Conduct
At Catbird, we believe hospitality begins with respect and belonging. Our space is meant to be moody, playful, and above all, welcoming.
Come as you are. There’s no dress code, no pretension, and no expectation beyond being yourself. All are welcome here.
For anyone, but not for everyone. We know our space won’t be the right fit for every person or every behavior and that’s okay.
Zero tolerance for hate. We will not allow clothing, symbols, or behavior that expresses hate, intimidation, or white supremacy.
We reserve the right to interpret what constitutes a hate symbol or disruptive behavior to maintain a safe, peaceful environment for our guests and staff.
At Catbird, you’re not just a customer, you’re part of the atmosphere. Thank you for helping us keep it welcoming, spirited, and safe.
Hospitality is at the heart of what we do. That means creating an environment where kindness and respect come first—and where hate has no seat at our table.
